Season’s Greetings

Happy New Year! We’ve been very busy and are sure you have been too. Now that the cows are comfy in their new barn, we have some time to plan for the New Year, which includes a new Vegetable CSA, and pastured pork. Right now we are pleased to offer all natural, farm fresh, grass-fed beef for sale. No antibiotics or chemicals are used in our farming practices.

We have beef briskets and filet tenderloins you’ll enjoy sharing. Our roasts are wonderful when braised in your slow cookers. Our steaks are cut thick and they are beautiful. You can purchase our beef by the 1/4, 1/2, whole, or by individual cuts. Our Holistic Approach

We are a 100% grass-fed, grass finished, beef operation, which means our cows never receive grain or other forms of feed; instead they forage solely on our pastures and eat hay in the winter. The hundreds of acres we farm allow for ample space for each animal and thus we have no need for antibiotics or hormones so common to the feedlot method. While it takes twice as long for cows that are grass-fed to come to your plate, versus the grain-fed cow, we feel it is well worth it. Grass-fed beef is also leaner and a healthy choice.
