Vernon Valley Farm is located on 200 picturesque acres in Sussex County, Northwestern New Jersey, near the border of Orange County, NY and only about one hour from Manhattan.

We welcome your visit, but encourage calls or emails ahead of time to ensure someone is available to give a tour. We are a working farm and often need all hands on deck during certain times of the year.

For those looking to visit the area on a day trip, there are numerous nearby outdoor activities, including the Wallkill River National Wildlife Refuge, Wawayanda State Park, and sections of the Appalachian Trail. Other area activities include a water park, golf courses, vineyards, apple orchards, mountain biking, canoeing, horseback riding, and skiing or snowboarding.
